BLOCKCHAIN FOR EDUCATION: Lifelong Learning Passport
The project studies how counterfeit protection as well as secure access and secure management of digital certificates could be implemented according to the needs of learners, companies, education institutions and certification authorities. For this purpose a platform based on blockchain technology will be developed. The platform enables the tamper-proof archiving of certificates and their correct and permanent allocation to the learners. Moreover, the platform supports learners presenting their digital certificates to potential employers, for example ( → ).
CIVILEX: Supporting European Civilian External Actions
The project studies how communication and exchange of information in the framework of Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP) operations – particularly EU civilian missions – could be ameliorated according to the needs of the various actors involved ( → ).
